Proud owner of a Sunfish?

Rodger’s Beach
is undoubtedly Aruba’s most beautiful open boat sailing location. Sailing conditions are excellent as the easterly wind is hardly interrupted by land combined with the fact that the bay is protected by a submerged reef!

Surfside
is a nice bay conveniently located along the L.G. Smith Boulevard in Oranjestad. Sailing conditions at Surfside are generally good although winds often include puffs and gusts. Surfside is also a perfect starting place for a Sunfish trip through the lagoon along the airport runway!
Fishermen’s Huts
or ‘The Huts’ as it is popularly called is undoubtedly Aruba’s most active board sailing location. Sailing conditions are very good once you get out half a nautical mile or more away from the shore. The wind is hardly interrupted over land and ocean swells are light. This combination can result in excellent board sailing conditions!

Aruba Watersports Center
situated between the luxurious
Radisson and Occidental high rise hotel, famous for its
many different water activities. At this location the Sunfish Club holds some of
its competitions that are professionally
assisted by
Aruba Watersports Center.![]()
